Follow this flow: Magnifying glass -> inject brown medicine -> scalpel ->
drain -> tweezers to remove the lump, pinch one side of the vessel, pull it
twards the other end of the vessel then suture. (Make the suture to form like
a right angle. During this, many lumps will suddenly appear (remember to
recover the vitals to at least 80 before this) and you will go into the
Healing Touch mode. Inject each of the lumps and start treating the lumps at
the bottom first. If you use the magnifying glass in the center of the screen,
all 5 lumps will be displayed inside the magnified screen and will be easier
to inject all of them.
